KIMBERLY MCHUGH

Cumming Corporation

Kim is a Senior Director with Cumming Corporation responsible for delivering project management services across the Pacific Northwest. Kim brings more than 15 years of experience providing leadership, strategic directive, and technical guidance for the execution of complex construction projects, primarily in the healthcare market. Her career was built in the Pacific Northwest, where she previously served as the Senior Construction Manager for Providence Health & Services in Western Washington, leading a team responsible for the effective delivery of construction projects within the region. Prior to that, Kim managed healthcare projects as a general contractor, working on major health system client accounts throughout the region.

Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate from Washington State University, as well as a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice from Seattle University. She is a member of American Society of Healthcare Engineers (ASHE), Washington State Society of Healthcare Engineers (WSSHE), and American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).  Additionally, she currently sits on the board of directors for The Healthcare Institute (HCI), an IFMA Alliance Partner.

With as much as she works, you’d think she’d never have any free time… but she still somehow manages to snuggle babies in the NICU at Swedish First Hill, and attend barre classes at least three times a week. Her family and friends are top priority and she loves spending time with them on the mountain, on the water, and on the half-marathon course!
